If you have done the all-inclusive experience and want a more intimate and unique level of luxury, try a boutique hotel. These hotels are smaller more private places to stay with unique and comfy rooms and a more relaxed atmosphere. They are not all-inclusive but the pricing is excellent and you will have the opportunity to get out of the hotel and try some of the award winning restaurants in the area. You will be surprised how relatively affordable going not inclusive can be.
